Position: Business Development & Operations Team Lead Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₦300,000–₦400,000/month + performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and improve workflows.
- Drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.
- Lead, supervise, and manage remote teams.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and improve performance.
- Build client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Healthcare, home care, or staffing industry experience is an advantage.
