Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and client relationship management skills, with a track record of generating and closing opportunities.
  • Solid analytical skills and basic finance knowledge to interpret data, prepare budgets or forecasts, and support pricing and proposal development.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage high net-worth individuals (HNI clients)
  • Customer service skills that demonstrate responsiveness, empathy, and a commitment to building long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B sales within Nigeria or the West African market is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data and reports.
