Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in loan sales, loan origination, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Knowledge of POF/visa requirements and CAC processes.
- Strong sales, networking, negotiation, and cold-calling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Abuja market and proven target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for loan and POF products.
- Acquire and onboard high-value individual and business clients.
- Build referral partnerships with travel agencies, educational/visa consultants, brokers, and corporate intermediaries.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Develop new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
