- Generate leads and acquire customers/merchants.
- Explain products and support customers through onboarding.
- Conduct accurate field verification and data capture.
- Follow up on applications and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records and submit field activity reports.
- Comply with company, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
Section: Requirements
- Minimum SSCE.
- Sales, business development, fintech, banking, or microfinance experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone and digital skills.
- Strong integrity, attention to detail, and target-driven mindset.
