Job Position: Business Development Officer, UNWIND

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard qualified massage therapists and spa professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong provider pipeline across key Lagos locations.
• Identify and acquire individual and corporate clients.
• Develop partnerships with residential estates, hotels, corporate organizations, and lifestyle communities.
• Conduct field outreach, networking, and direct sales activities.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and drive repeat bookings.
• Monitor provider availability, client demand, and booking trends.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales and performance reports.
• Meet monthly provider acquisition, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships.
• Strong client acquisition, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field-based business development.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage

Salary

N250,000 - N280,000 / month.
