- Detopsy Engineering Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic growth across engineering, construction, and related sectors.
Section: Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development with project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and track performance metrics.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of business development experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and research skills.
- Proven client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with Abuja’s business landscape is an added advantage.
