About the Role

This role combines business development and marketing responsibilities to support the organization's growth. It involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities, supporting client acquisition, delivering marketing campaigns, and promoting the organization's services and brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Support client acquisition, proposals, and partnership development.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Support market and competitor analysis.
• Support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, managed-care and clinical functions.
• Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
• Support brand management and service-promotion activities.
• Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media.
• Support events, client engagement, and outreach.
• Support market research and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with business development and managed-care functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption is mandatory.

Experience

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles. Experience in healthcare, HMO, or services marketing is an advantage.
