The Business Development & Marketing Officer role combines responsibilities focused on supporting business development, marketing, and communication activities. The position entails identifying new business opportunities, client acquisition, supporting partnerships, promoting the organization's services, managing campaigns, and fostering client engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Support client acquisition, proposals and partnership development.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Support market and competitor analysis.
• Support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, managed-care and clinical functions.
• Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
• Support brand management and service-promotion activities.
• Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media.
• Support events, client engagement and outreach.
• Support market research and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with business-development and managed-care functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption is required.
• Experience in business development, sales, client-facing roles, marketing, communications, or related fields. Experience in healthcare, HMO, or services environments is advantageous.
