About this role

About the Role Xerox is recruiting multiple Business Development Managers to drive new business growth across Regulated and Professional Markets, with a focus on Financial Services and Insurance in the City of London. Roles are predominantly home-based, with potential UK HQ visits; candidates should be within roughly an hour’s commute of London and eligible to work in the UK. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for Xerox’s Print Services and Digital Services portfolio, targeting Tier 1 enterprise organisations. What You'll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition across Financial Services and Insurance markets, with flexibility to consider other verticals.
  • Build, develop, and convert a sustainable pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking, and account penetration.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with typically £1m+ annual contract value.
  • Shape and deliver compelling client propositions from discovery through to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
  • Establish and maintain senior relationships with executive decision-makers (e.g., CIO, Transformation Leaders, Operations Heads).
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists, Architects, Bid Teams, and Delivery functions to develop winning solutions and RFP submissions. What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in strategic new business sales to enterprise clients, ideally within Financial Services and Insurance; ability to win multi-stakeholder deals with £1m+ TCV.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and account penetration skills to build sustainable pipelines.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIOs, Transformation Leaders, Operations Heads) and manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Solution Specialists, Architects, Bid Teams, Delivery) and delivering ROI-focused propositions and RFP submissions.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and able to operate from London region with remote/work-from-home flexibility.
