Job Summary
As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and leading business development initiatives to expand the organization’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach and increase client acquisition. Lead, guide, and monitor the business development team to achieve assigned growth and revenue targets. Analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide sales performance insights and reports to management. Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery, client satisfaction, and successful conversion of business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of financial products, sales strategies, and business development practices. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to deliver revenue growth, acquire new business, and lead teams to achieve targets.
