Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: ₦200,000 base + ₦200,000 bonus (target-based)
Responsibilities
- Marketing role involving field marketing, client acquisition and business development
- Responsible for identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities
- Must be comfortable with a target-driven environment
Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to generate leads and acquire new clients

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Confident, proactive and target-driven

Comfortable with field marketing and meeting potential clients

Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

Previous experience in sales, business development or marketing is an added advantage

Knowledge of digital marketing or advertising is an added advantage
