Job title: Business Development Manager
About the Role We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager to drive sales, account management, and platform support for Integro Learning’s behavioral assessment tools. The role ensures effective client engagement, smooth training delivery, and ongoing account growth through a mix of sales, administrative duties, and platform administration.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with client accounts & key contacts.
- Manage client session bookings from initial enquiry, quotes, and sourcing a facilitator before handing off to the training coordinator.
- Nurture leads to convert into accounts and orders.
- Maintain accounts through Business Central and Salesforce, including task setting and follow up.
- Navigate opportunities through stages to invoicing and contribute to yearly sales budget and monthly targets.
- Support content creation with Marketing for monthly newsletters and campaigns.
- Participate in regular sales and team meetings and provide support to team members as required.
- Administer and support platform services via the Intégro EPIC account: gather participant information, provide quotes, issue invitations.
- Manage accounts and respond to sales enquiries about the ED and 5B suite.
- Troubleshoot issues within the EPIC platform and maintain accurate client records.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client relationship role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and meet sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred familiarity with Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors, or similar behavioral assessment products.
- Experience in L&D, HR consulting, or professional development industries.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Employment type: Full-time at the office (onsite in Sydney).
- Remuneration: Base salary + commission / incentive structure.
- Travel: Occasional domestic travel.
