About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.

• Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.

• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.

• Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.

• Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.

• Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.

• Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.

• What We’re Looking For

• Deep knowledge and experience in Sales.

• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to influence sales teams and build structured sales strategies.

• High energy, motivation, and ownership of responsibilities.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Full professional working level of Portuguese
