About the Role

As a Business Development professional, you will drive solution growth and market expansion by working closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to develop and expand solution-oriented market strategies

• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for new products and services

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to grow partner and customer networks

• Proactively identify opportunities and achieve sales and services targets

• Build strong relationships and present tailored solutions to diverse client audiences

• Partner with marketing teams to design and execute impactful product campaigns

• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously enhance solution knowledge

• Contribute to team success through collaboration and shared accountability

• What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; exposure to IT solutions is highly preferred

• Strong ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset with strong team collaboration skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Business Development Executive role
