Business Development Manager - Indoor Climate Solutions
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of residential new-build and refurbishment projects.
- Build relationships with TGA planners, project developers, housing associations, housing cooperatives.
- Influence projects early in the planning and specification phase to secure Wavin solutions.
- Position Wavin as a trusted partner for Indoor Climate Solutions and sustainable building projects.
- Drive specification activities and support projects through implementation.
- Identify market trends, investment plans, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term business growth.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or Specification Sales within HVAC, building services, indoor climate, or related technical markets.
- Strong network within the German market, particularly among TGA planners, project developers, housing associations.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of creating and winning new business opportunities.
- Skilled at building trust, developing long-term relationships, and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Able to translate customer challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Fluent in German, with good English communication skills.
