Job Description

• We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure new business opportunities, and strengthen our sales structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Train and manage in-house and independent sales teams
• Build strong client and partner relationships
• Track performance and drive team productivity

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the real estate sector

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to train and motivate sales teams.
