Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop strategic customer and distributor relationships.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Lead commercial negotiations and business proposals.
- Build and manage a strong business development pipeline.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

5–8 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably in FMCG.

Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
