Position Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop strategic customer and distributor relationships.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Lead commercial negotiations and business proposals.
• Build and manage a strong business development pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
