Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and client engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, resilient, and highly performance-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
