The Role
Hylo is hiring a Business Development Lead to own our commercial relationships, bring in new business, and manage our presence in the Solana ecosystem. You will work directly with the founding team to increase Hylo's TVL and revenue.
About Hylo
Hylo is building the home of tokenized leverage. Traders use our leverage tokens like xSOL to take amplified positions in the assets they believe in without traditional liquidations. Yield seekers use hyUSD and eHYUSD to source industry-leading returns on dollars without relying on a fund manager or trading desk.
Today Hylo holds over $60 million in TVL across product lines. We have raised multiple venture rounds from top tier investment firms including Solana Ventures, Colosseum, and Robot Ventures.
What You'll Do

Integrations. Negotiate and launch partnerships to integrate Hylo assets across lending markets, yield platforms, and exchanges.

Capital. Source and onboard new capital, from stakers and institutional allocators to whales and risk curators.

Ecosystem. Manage and strengthen our relationships with users, investors, and the Solana Foundation.

Distribution. Work closely with the founding team to devise and execute novel product distribution strategies.

Events. Take the lead on events, including Breakpoint and crypto industry conferences. Organize social gatherings and activations to engage investors and users alike.
What You Bring
Solana DeFi depth. You understand the Solana DeFi ecosystem in detail: major players, how integrations work, and how value flows between protocols.
An existing network. You already have contacts at investment firms and relevant companies and entities in the Solana ecosystem.
Relentless, tactful selling. You pursue every deal until it closes, in a way that leaves relationships stronger.
Finance literacy. You understand DeFi, structured products, trading, and yield. You can speak cogently to capital allocators about risks and design creative strategies to land their investment.
