Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, financial services, or related operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in deposit mobilisation and credit marketing within a financial institution is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
- Customer focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
