Job Summary
- We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, partnerships, and revenue across Northern Nigeria.
- The successful candidate will leverage an established business network to generate and convert opportunities across our consulting services, manufacturing and investment advisory, project development, and relatedservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients, business opportunities, and strategic partners.
- Leverage existing networks to engage business owners, investors, institutions, and decision-makers.
- Promote the company’s consulting, investment advisory, and project development services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Develop proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and submit regular performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Qualified business opportunities generated.
- New clients acquired and contracts secured.
- Revenue generated from new engagements.
- Strength and conversion of the sales pipeline.
- Strategic partnerships established.
- Consistent reporting and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant B2B business development, corporate sales, consulting, or partnership experience.
- Established business network across Northern Nigeria.
- Proven ability to convert prospects into clients, contracts, or partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel when required.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
