Business Development Executive – OEM Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new OEM partnerships and strategic customers. Generate new business across oil & gas, power, manufacturing, industrial, marine and EPC sectors.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, procurement teams, engineers, contractors and senior decision-makers.
- Identify projects, tenders, RFQs and equipment/service opportunities. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead to purchase order.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Promote OEM equipment, spare parts, technical services, projects and maintenance solutions.
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and repeat business.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with technical, procurement, finance and operations teams to deliver customer requirements. Achieve agreed sales, gross-margin and business-development targets.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree/HND in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.

3–5 years' proven B2B sales/business-development experience, preferably in energy, oil & gas, power, industrial equipment or engineering.

Proven record of winning new customers and generating revenue.

Strong OEM/channel sales and negotiation skills.

Good technical understanding and commercial awareness. Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.

Ability to prospect independently and work with minimal supervision.

Existing relationships with OEMs, EPCs, oil & gas, power or industrial companies will be an advantage.
