We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Location: Magboro, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and train medical representatives, guiding to ensure they achieve sales goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 1–3-year sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for pharmaceutical products.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare sales forecasts for senior management.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Product Promotion: Organise and oversee promotional activities, product launches, and scientific meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology, LifeSciences, or a related field.

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Deep understanding of local pharmaceutical markets and institutional sales, especially Ophthalmology and dental specialists and government contract bidding.
