Job Description Summary We have an opening for a Business Development Designer in our New York office.
The Business Development Designer will be responsible for implementing the firm's visual brand identity across print and digital assets. This role will design and produce materials for impactful external and internal communications for business development/marketing and recruiting purposes, under the guidance of the Design Manager and Design Director.
This role will help translate brand standards into polished, consistent and effective creative across channels, supporting the materials, templates, campaigns and experiences that shape how clients, attorneys and staff engage with the brand.
This is a strong opportunity for a Business Development Designer with solid fundamentals, strong attention to detail and good creative judgment to grow within a collaborative in-house team while contributing to work with meaningful visibility across the firm.
Job Description
In this capacity, the Business Development Designer will:
- Develops and maintains a consistent visual voice across all creative materials, ensuring strong brand alignment and elevated creative standards;
- Produces brand-aligned assets across print, digital, social, event, experiential and corporate channels, including business development materials, thought leadership, campaign assets, email graphics, recruiting materials and client-facing collateral;
- Creates, adapts and maintains design templates and other core brand assets to help ensure consistency, efficiency and high-quality execution across the firm;
- Supports the design and production of event materials and brand activations, including invitations, and develops engaging graphics, layouts and infographics;
- Coordinates with editors, illustrators, photographers, printers, freelancers and other resources as needed on assigned projects, and prepares files for print and digital production with accuracy and attention to detail;
