Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Schedule & conduct product demos via Zoom/Google Meet
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up consistently to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Handle payment collection and track dues
• Upsell/cross-sell relevant products
• Share market/customer feedback with the team

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience mandatory.
• Languages: English, Hindi or any other local languages
• Own Laptop
• Job Type: Full-time
