Business Development Associate & Client Engagement Specialist

This is a 100% remote position open to international candidates with base pay of $11–$13 per hour, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Section: Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including LinkedIn social media outreach, email correspondence, and cold calling high-potential commercial prospects.
• Serve as the professional voice for inbound enterprise inquiries.
• Guide commercial leads through structured outreach cadences and conduct engaging telephone consultations to present customized service solutions.
• Maintain clean CRM records and collaborate with team members in weekly revenue roundtables.

• Comfortable and proficient with social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn), email outreach and management, and cold calling.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
