Job Summary

• PalmPay is looking for energetic and motivated Business Developers to join our growing SME Business team.
• As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for engaging business owners, introducing them to PalmPay/FlexiMFB products and services, onboarding new merchants, and building strong relationships that drive business growth.
• This is a field-based sales role and a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting people, exploring different markets, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential merchants and business owners within assigned locations.
• Introduce and explain PalmPay/FlexiMFB products to prospective customers.
• Onboard qualified merchants and assist them through the registration process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience.

• Training will be provided.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.

• Energetic, proactive, and willing to work in the field.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fintech, or field marketing is an added advantage.

• Remuneration

• Salary: N90,000 monthly

• Monthly performance-based incentives / commissions.
