Business Developer Contract Qualification Experience 0 - 1 years Location Lagos, Ogun, Rivers Job Field Sales and Business Development The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring eligible customers, particularly small and medium-sized business owners, who require financing. The role involves engaging prospective borrowers in assigned markets, introducing available loan products, explaining the application process, and supporting customers through the loan application journey. The successful candidate will actively develop new customer relationships, generate quality loan leads, follow up on applications, and work closely with verification and credit teams to facilitate successful disbursements. This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving daily and monthly loan sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- • Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
- • Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
- • Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
- • Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.
Requirements
- 0-1 year experience (training will be provided)
- Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must reside in any of the states advertised for vacancy.
