In this role, you'll help build resilience across a global portfolio of iconic sports and outdoor brands. Working with teams around the world, you'll strengthen continuity planning, support recovery readiness, and help Amer Sports prepare for whatever comes next.
What you will be doing

Program Support

Coordinate day-to-day BCMS activities and program deliverables.

Maintain BCM documentation, standards, and repositories.

Support continuity initiatives across brands and functions.

Business Impact Analysis & Planning

Support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments.

Maintain recovery requirements, dependency inventories, and continuity-related data.

Assist business teams in developing and maintaining continuity plans.

Coordinate continuity testing and plan review activities.

Training, Reporting & Governance
-
Support BCM awareness campaigns, training, and exercises.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Monitor program KPIs and maturity indicators.

Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Security or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in BCM, risk, audit, compliance, operations, finance or project management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved
- Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously develop skills
- Clear and constructive communication across roles and functions
- A collaborative way of working, contributing to shared progress within a team.
What we consider a plus
- Experience with continuity planning, risk management or resilience initiatives.
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 or other related standards and guidelines.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
