As Business Continuity Manager, you will help ensure Amer Sports can thrive in the face of disruption. Partnering with teams across our brands, regions, and functions, you will strengthen resilience, drive continuity planning and recovery readiness, and advance our global BCMS and ISO 22301 maturity.

What you will be doing

  • Business Continuity Management
    • Support the development and implementation of Amer Sports' global Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
    • Maintain continuity policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
    • Drive continuous improvement of BCM practices and alignment with ISO 22301.
  • Risk & Impact Assessment
    • Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across brands and functions.
    • Identify critical business processes, dependencies, and recovery priorities.
    • Assess operational, technology, supply chain, and third-party continuity risks.
  • Continuity Planning & Resilience
    • Coordinate the development and maintenance of business continuity and recovery plans.
    • Lead continuity exercises and crisis management simulations.
    • Drive remediation actions and incorporate lessons learned into future planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Program Delivery
    • Partner with business leaders, regional teams, and key stakeholders to strengthen organizational resilience.
    • Deliver BCM training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
    • Support enterprise-wide BCM projects, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, crisis management or related discipline.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global organization.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved
  • A collaborative way of working, contributing to shared progress within a team.
  • Clear and constructive communication across roles and functions

What we consider a plus

  • E.g. CBCI, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with crisis management and operational resilience programs.
  • Familiarity with IT continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
