About the Role Lead the global digital process landscape for Roche's Demand-to-Pay operations, defining governance and accelerating adoption of the myBuy platform. You will own strategic optimization of systems, govern interfaces across ecosystems, and act as a change agent within a high-impact Procurement team. Based in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will influence global DOP roadmaps and drive cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
- Architect the global digital process landscape and lead strategic optimization of end-to-end procurement systems powering the organization
- Define process governance, integrate complex interfaces across corporate ecosystems, and accelerate myBuy adoption across the enterprise
- Develop and deploy the DOP roadmap for myBuy in alignment with partners like DIA Global Supply Chain and RSS Demand to Pay
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization in close collaboration with Delivery, Category, Digital & Process Management, and RSS Demand to Pay
- Act as a deep SME to analyze options and design solutions addressing process, system, KPI, or data concerns, supporting data and rule definitions
- Serve as a responsible delegate on major corporate initiatives (e.g., ASPIRE) to support global template adoption and evaluate localized change impacts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, align global requirements, and partner with fellow BCLs and BCOs to optimize end-to-end cross-functional performance
- Lead the Business Capability Community of SMEs and represent DOP in communities and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Govern the development and delivery of global system process documentation and training materials
- Resolve matrix conflicts over competing priorities and deliver high-frequency KPI updates to CoE LT and DPLT What We're Looking For
- Process-driven champions with an entrepreneurial mindset who can lead collaborative communities and remove friction from digital operations
- University degree in business or life sciences; MBA or equivalent and professional certifications (such as CIPS) highly preferred
- Deep expert knowledge of procurement systems and enterprise architectures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart / GEP Nexxe) and a robust understanding of the broader procurement technology provider landscape
- Extensive experience in design, management, and continuous improvement of complex Demand-to-Pay processes
- Advanced knowledge of AI applications and a strong affinity to explore AI-driven solutions for Digital Transformation (Digital 2.0 / Industry 4.0)
- Proven ability to guide stakeholder groups, manage escalations, and lead cross-functional teams without direct headcount authority
- Self-organized, motivated, solution-oriented; strong negotiation and conflict resolution; customer-oriented partner who fosters open speak-up and error culture
- Business-level English; German language skills are a strong asset Nice to Have

- MBA or equivalent and CIPS certifications are highly preferred
