Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager (RM) to manage business clients, acquire new customers and drive revenue through deposits, loans, collections and other banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business/SME clients.
• Acquire new business customers and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Drive deposit mobilisation, risk assets/loans, account acquisition and revenue growth.
• Cross-sell banking products including e-banking, POS and other business solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and provide appropriate financial solutions to clients.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Support credit opportunities and ensure proper documentation and risk management.
• Drive customer retention, account reactivation and portfolio profitability.
• Meet assigned sales, revenue and customer experience targets.

Requirements

• First degree or equivalent in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Business Banking/Relationship Management.

• Strong experience in customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation, lending/risk assets and sales.

• Good knowledge of SME/business banking products and credit analysis.

• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
