About the Role The Business Banking Officer proactively pursues sales within the Small Business Segment, working with existing clients and forming connections with potential new Small Business clients to help them reach their financial goals. The role also leverages credit analysis to grow the portfolio and performs due diligence to maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures. What You'll Do

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and support community-focused Small Businesses. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Post-baccalaureate degree (desirable).
- Must complete Business/Commercial Banking Associates program or related experience.
- 3+ years of banking experience with financial analysis and credit skills.
- Ability to read various financial statements and understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong communication and sales abilities. Nice to Have
- Post-baccalaureate degree is desirable. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $47,195 - $84,406 per year, plus sales incentives.
