As a Business Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing polished, C-suite-style administrative support and helping leaders navigate complex priorities. You will engage with senior stakeholders inside and outside the firm and oversee high-profile events and industry forums, coordinating sophisticated logistics from initial planning through successful delivery. As a Business Assistant within the Corporate Responsibility Line of Business, you will provide dedicated, C-suite-style administrative support to senior executives, acting as a trusted partner and helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy and high-profile environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion, and anticipate the needs of senior leaders to deliver an exceptional support experience. Drawing on your understanding of Corporate Responsibility, you will also coordinate executive engagements, events, and industry forums, taking ownership of complex, high-profile logistics from planning through delivery. This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to build a broad network across a global organization while supporting key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and business events for senior executives, balancing multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.

Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and an exceptional executive experience.

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile events, executive engagements, and industry forums, including venue, travel, attendee, supplier, briefing-material, and on-the-day logistics.

Apply a strong understanding of Corporate Responsibility priorities and the wider industry landscape to support senior leaders, stakeholder engagement, and business initiatives effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners while representing leaders and their offices with professionalism and discretion.

Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment and ensuring a consistently high-touch service experience.

Support expense processing in accordance with firm policies and guidelines.

Partner with business management teams and support functions to deliver seamless administrative support across multiple priorities.

Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, correspondence, and other business documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

Anticipate executive and business needs, proactively identifying solutions and resolving issues before they arise.

Collaborate with assistants and partners across lines of business to provide coverage, share best practices, and ensure continuity of support.

Contribute to projects, process improvements, and business initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and operational excellence.

Track invoices and serve as a point of contact for contract/payment questions from the Business Manager.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience providing polished, C-suite-style administrative support to senior executives within a global corporate environment, with the confidence and judgement to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Corporate Responsibility, including the stakeholder, reputational, and external-engagement considerations relevant to a large global organization.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing high-profile events, executive engagements, or industry forums, with the ability to manage complex logistics end to end and deliver calmly under pressure.
- Advanced calendar management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility across all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a highly service-oriented, high-touch support experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solution-focused while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience managing relationships with clients, board-level stakeholders, or external partners.
- Experience delivering large-scale, externally facing events, industry forums, and executive visits involving senior or high-profile stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and continuously identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
- Knowledge of expense management processes and administrative best practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering an outstanding stakeholder experience.
