Business Architecture Manager

About the Role The Business Architecture Manager will define, analyze, and document business requirements and processes for Accenture and client programs. You will develop an integrated view of the enterprise, translate requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with business, IT, client, and development teams to deliver functional solutions. What You'll Do

• Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for program/project specifications and objectives.
• Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using repeatable approaches, a cohesive framework, and industry-standard techniques.
• Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
• Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe necessary system changes or new features.
• Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
• Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Identify and assess complex problems, and create solutions requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors and implementation by the team.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT consulting experience.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud and global supply chain processes.
• 3 years of experience in: utilizing Oracle Cloud Hub-based solutions (including Oracle Product Data Hub); leading Oracle projects by architecting and delivering data-oriented solutions (data governance, taxonomies, hierarchies, definitions); leading Enterprise Data Assessments and Conversion to Oracle Cloud; leading Oracle Product Data Hub engagements and global rollout projects; designing integrations between Oracle Cloud and enterprise solutions (including non-Oracle ERP or Analytics and Reporting tools).
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time. Compensation & Benefits
