Business Architecture Associate Manager

About the Role Accenture LLP seeks a Business Architecture Associate Manager in Bloomington, MN to define, analyze, and document business requirements and processes, develop functional specifications, and guide delivery of solutions across client programs. The role collaborates with business, IT, and development teams to translate strategy into workable functionality while aligning with senior leadership direction. What You'll Do

• Define, analyze, solve, and document business requirements and processes for program/project specifications and objectives.
• Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and industry-standard techniques.
• Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet business requirements.
• Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe necessary system changes or new features.
• Develop solution strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and development teams.
• Provide functional support to the development team in using functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to leverage/adapt existing methods and create innovative solutions.
• Travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. What We're Looking For
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT consulting experience.
• 5 years of experience in each area: delivering structured IT application development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum leadership; delivering end-to-end projects with integrated solutions and testing tools; architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle Supply Chain and ERP applications; implementing and utilizing Oracle Supply Chain with ERP integration; upgrading/migrating Oracle Supply Chain solutions with cloud functionalities; designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based supply chain solutions; configuring Oracle ERP Cloud in SCM (Manufacturing, Inventory, Product Data Hub); applying Agile or Waterfall project methodologies; analyzing Oracle ERP Cloud incidents and defects and providing break-fix solutions; performing fit-gap analysis and designing solutions in Oracle ERP Cloud Manufacturing, Inventory, and Product Data Hub modules.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically about 80% of the time. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $130,000 per year (Minnesota Employment Policy Bill guideline).
