About this role
Orbia Building & Infrastructure Wavin
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first line support for users of selected IT group applications (SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow) on behalf of local companies from the Orbia group;
- Administration and granting accesses to users of selected group applications;
- Active support for users of local companies and SSC with knowledge of group applications and participation in the development of further functionalities;
- Participation in implementation of new IT applications in companies from the group;
- Carrying out system tests and user trainings;
- Solving issues and being a point of contact/facilitator between IT and applications’ end users;
- Direct contact with the applications’ providers;
- Active participation in standardization and optimization of the transferred processes;
- Participation in Shared Service Center development for Orbia group.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP VIM and e-invoicing process will be crucial;
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow will be highly appreciated;
- Experience in Product Owner role will be nice to have;
- Understanding of business processes and IT systems management standards;
- Skills in IT area;
- Cognitive curiosity, drive towards self-reliant verification and analysis of system possibilities and their development;
- Innovative and proactive approach to opportunities created by changes and flexibility;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite – particularly MS Excel;
- Advanced knowledge of English language;
- Experience in project management will be highly appreciated;
- Experience of working within SSC area will be highly appreciated.
