About the Role

Join Nutreco as a Business Application Specialist Finance focused on Infor M3 and Unite Finance Processes. You will support, improve, and implement finance applications across a global organization, translating business needs into effective system solutions that drive efficiency and standardisation in a collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support for Infor M3 and related Finance applications to ensure stable operations and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance and other business functions to understand requirements and translate them into process and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through application enhancements and new technologies; participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring requirements are met and optimal system configuration and successful implementation.
• Evaluate feasibility of new initiatives and recommend system solutions; configure and guide development of finance applications to align with business needs.
• Build strong relationships with business partners across regions and functions; work with globally distributed teams on maintenance, development, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on software developments and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality.

What We're Looking For

• Proactive and analytical professional with strong Finance process knowledge and experience supporting ERP systems and business applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting, developing, or implementing Infor (Lawson) M3 applications within a Finance environment (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and Infor M3.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Affinity with IT service management principles (ITIL certification is advantageous).
• Key soft skills include stakeholder management and communication, ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, project and change management skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• ITIL certification advantageous.
• Experience with Unite Finance or other related modules is a plus.
