Responsibilities / Tasks
- Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.
- Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.
- Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
- Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.
- Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
