About the Role
Unilever's Business and Technology apprenticeship blends real-world experience with formal training. You'll gain experience across areas such as Customer Development, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain, under the guidance of a line manager, plus a mini-MBA focused on business services and project management.
What You'll Do
- Join a mini-MBA program focusing on the development and improvement of a range of business services, and an introduction to project management.
- Gain on-the-job training, formal development opportunities and dedicated mentoring.
- Work under the guidance of your line manager with bespoke goals, with regular one-to-one coaching.
- Build a broad network of stakeholders across the business from whom you will learn.
- Gain exposure to world-class brands within Unilever's global business.
What We're Looking For
- Have or are predicted a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths at grade 4 or above.
- Hybrid working availability with a minimum of 2 days per week required at Kingston or London Blackfriars office.
