Role Purpose
The Business & Data Analyst will be responsible for building a single source of truth for organizational data by integrating financial and operational information across multiple business processes and systems. This role requires a techno-functional professional with strong understanding of finance and business processes, hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, and strong analytics capability using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, SQL, and related reporting platforms. The individual will work across Finance, business, operations and other functions to automate data flows, improve data quality and deliver meaningful management insights through modern analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI. The objective is to create a reliable, scalable, and insight-driven reporting environment that supports business performance and strategic decision-making.
