About the Role Business Analytics Sr Associate with 5+ years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, and decision strategy development. This role designs, builds, tests, and implements credit decisioning solutions across cards, loans, and deposits, and communicates insights through data visualization while driving process improvements. Mentors junior analysts and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize credit performance and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Designed and implemented credit decision strategies within enterprise decision engines for consumer lending products (cards, unsecured/secured loans, deposits).
• Evaluated business processes, elicited requirements, and developed detailed test scenarios to ensure solution accuracy and effectiveness.
• Built and maintained documentation, including procedures and process flows for credit strategies and decisioning systems.
• Developed and delivered executive-level presentations and data visualizations to communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Led cross-functional discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on strategy design and implementation.
• Analyzed credit bureau and risk data to support decisioning strategies and optimize portfolio performance.
• Identified business needs proactively and recommended data-driven process improvements.
• Reviewed and validated work of junior analysts, providing mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations (Reg Z, FCRA, ECOA, etc.).
• Ensured compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards in all analytics and decisioning activities.
• Experience engaging with regulators, 2LOD partners, and Internal Audit to effectively support internal and external exams and audits focused on credit decision outcomes.
