Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience with health and welfare projects
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, outsourcing, and record-keeping systems
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and prioritization skills
• Critical thinking with the ability to analyze complex requirements and issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with data analysis and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience writing requirements, developing test cases, and supporting testing activities
• Ability to create, follow, and implement detailed procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
• Healthcare industry experience, especially related to healthcare enrollment processes
• Knowledge of Fidelity’s business process lifecycle and regulatory landscape

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

• Prior experience in health & welfare projects, benefits administration, or outsourcing within a healthcare context
