About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst with RPA experience to join our remote team on a 1099 contract basis in Mexico. You will identify, analyze, and automate business processes to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement RPA solutions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to design efficient RPA solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of RPA technologies using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of automation projects. What We're Looking For
- Strong background in business analysis and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Ability to gather and document requirements, design solutions, and implement RPA technologies.
