About this role

About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to apply analytical knowledge areas and in-depth business analysis to uncover true problems, understand objectives, define relevant requirements and business rules, and identify design elements to support application functions. You will work with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to generate value and ensure solutions enable the business to achieve its objectives. What You'll Do

  • Leads meetings and facilitates workshops with business stakeholders to scope, gather, understand and analyze business requirements, and translates business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Applies business analysis knowledge areas to plan, elaborate, analyze and communicate on processes, solution requirements and business rules applicable for the operations and benefit of the business.
  • Collates and analyzes business models, business processes and operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and requirements, and maintains an up-to-date view of priorities across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the proposed design and solution deliverables align with business objectives. What We're Looking For
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Experience applying business analysis knowledge areas and methods.
  • Proven ability to interact regularly with various professionals to generate value for the business.
  • Experience leading meetings and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to scope and analyze requirements.
  • Ability to document and communicate processes, requirements and business rules clearly.
