About the Role Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under RingCentral account is seeking a Business Analyst - Support Operations to join the Innovation & Governance PMO within the Customer Support organization. The role acts as technical liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation.
- Contribute to the Innovation & Governance PMO within the Customer Support organization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Support Operations or PMO context.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and experience collaborating with Salesforce development teams.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
