About the Role The GCME Securities Operations Technology team provides technology support for global wholesale operations, including collateral management, new issue trading, and related systems. As a Business Analyst Specialist, you will support Collateral Management platforms under the GBME Securities Operations Technology portfolio, ensuring goals and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies. What You'll Do
- Provide L1 support for Collateral Management systems (Colline) and related services; participate in triage, production issue and incident management, vendor management, change management, and UAT support.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technology requirements; translate business needs into clear specifications and work with GTA and GWO product owners to execute on change projects.
- Ensure steady-state delivery within defined business SLOs and maintain compliance with governing regulations and internal policies. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, specifically Collateral Management or World Markets domains.
- Knowledge of Colline and the Acadiasoft Relay service; ability to support related systems and interfaces.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners.
- Familiarity with change management, incident management, and user acceptance testing; track record delivering technology change within risk and control frameworks.
