Job title: Business Analyst / Scrum Master
About the Role Join Deloitte Strategy & Transactions as part of the Government & Public Services Operations Transformation team, delivering data management, analytic, and reporting capabilities to support client missions and major transformations. You will translate business requirements into technical implementation, support functional testing, and contribute to re-architecting and modernizing high-visibility web applications, as well as training and client enablement.
What You'll Do
- Deliver data management, analytic, and reporting capabilities to support our client’s ability to inform key business and strategic decisions
- Lead requirements gathering and testing for our Web Applications Team as we re-architect and modernize high-visibility custom applications which enable key strategic and program management functions
- Gather requirements, including user story development, mockup development, and client requirements discussion facilitation
- Functional web application testing including use of automated testing tools
- Training development and user support
- Scrum master duties including backlog management, sprint planning, and client demo facilitation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 2+ years of experience with agile testing, requirements collection and management
- Ability to travel 0-30%, onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $93,100 – $155,100 per year (USD)
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance
