About the Role As a Business Analyst within our VS&A Sales Operations Team, you will act as the operational engine of our delivery lifecycle, bridging the gap between initial intake, requirements grooming, and delivery logistics. This hands-on role combines business requirements gathering with sprint and user acceptance testing coordination to assist the broader execution arm of the team. In close collaboration with the Digital Product Owner and Sales Process and Tech Manager, you will facilitate the intake process by pre-vetting requests, resolving functional ambiguities, and creating structured Jira Stories for approved workstreams. We are looking for an organized, adaptive communicator dedicated to operational excellence who is eager to contribute to our forward-thinking team.
